Spring Shoot

You can make every conceivable preparation but you can’t prepare for heavy snow in the NW on the Thursday before your shoot. What made it worse was the snow in our area was minimal; roads were open and the course looked beautiful with its light dusting of snow. The phones have never been as hot – obviously everyone was still trying to come but their road conditions were so bad that our entry was almost halved.

However, those brave souls that did manage to get through enjoyed a beautiful sunny day, albeit with a cold easterly wind, with an interesting, varied and undulating course.
